What is this place we do takeout from? Quick answer: it’s a licensed commissary space that we share with a couple dozen food businesses. Everything from wholesale bakers, to folks who make and package retail products, food trucks, farmer’s market folks, and other businesses that do takeout like we currently do.
Regarding that last bit, here’s a list of current folks doing takeout from our kitchen. They’re all small, independent operations, not part of larger chains, and all have their own hours of operation and ways of getting their product (pickup/takeout only like us, delivery services like UberEats, Doordash, etc.).
